iPad mini 4 and split screen

Hello. I notice that when I watch live video from Fox News app or Watch ESPN, the video screen minimizes nicely on my iPad when I am multitasking. I do not see the same feature with CNN or Netflix. Is there a setting I missed or it is something within the compatibility of each app?

Picture-in-picture is app-dependent, unfortunately. So you'll need to wait for the others to add it in.

And good on you for getting news from different sources (Fox and CNN).

Thank you. Fox yes. I need CNN and Netflix to get PIP on board.

Hulu does this too! Confused the heck out of me the first time it happened, but it's quite handy.

Another issue is that I do not see ability to deselect compatible items on the slide view bar. For example, The Tips button.
