iPad Mini 4 and streaming video in a car

Does anyone else get skips or pauses when streaming video on there iPad while as a passenger only in a car ?

Is this normal ?

I just found out my bandwidth, when I do a speed test, goes all of the place while in a car. I don't understand why.

I don't recall ever noticing skipping from Netflix, Hulu or nhl Game Center.
Just curious if you anything else running such as navigation or Facebook while streaming

No. I am streaming from my pc to my ipad with Air Video HD. Basically a 4 to 11 GB movie or tv show.

Not sure if this is important too but using Bluetooth tethering.

im not surprised by this, if you are in a car you could be bouncing around several cell towers, causing minor blips in connectivity/speed. and different cell towers have differing amounts of subscribers connected to them.

So I tested it again while in the car and got skipping/pausing on a 19.1 GB file while streaming it over bluetooth tethering.
