iPad Mini 4 mute issue

Hi, have anyone encountered a problem like mine:

I mute the iPad by pressing and holding the volume rocker, but i still can hear keyboard clicks.

Is there any way to resolve this?

Yes. Use the silence all sounds from the slide up settings panel. The mute only mutes non-system audio.
