Hi

So on the website, it says the Mini 4 is "18% thinner" yet in the reviews and in many third party accessory sites it shows the same case fits the Mini 2, 3, and now 4, which isn't possible if it's 18% thinner.

Anyone have any input on this?

Thanks!

It won't fit because the mini 4 is a bit taller, unless the case is really flexible.

Yeah, I just looked at the specs - fully 3mm taller, which is a lot for anything other than some very stretchy bargain case. The depth difference is less (~1.5mm) but that would still be an issue for lots of cases.

While it may seem small, that is a BIG difference in sizes, especially for hard shell cases, which make up most of the iPad Mini cases :-(
