iPad mini iPad Mini causes ADSL2+ router to desync

I see many issues with the iPad Mini having slow wifi and dropped signals but mine doesn't but instead it causes my router to desync.
Internet connection will drop complete for everyone as it says telephone line is not plugged in when it is.

Is it a bug with anyone else?
