Got a new iPad mini and the time zone setting just keeps spinning & spinning and never stops. I have it set to auto.
I have the set the time zone manually to get the right time.

Is there anyway to fix this problem?
Thanks..

Anyone have any idea about this? The iPad 4 is doing the exact same thing.

Odd that both the mini and your 4 are doing the same thing. Do both connect without issues on your wifi?

Maybe try resetting your modem and router and if that doesn't work, maybe a hard reset of both the mini and iPad.

Edited to add that am guessing the problem is related to your wifi connection.

They connect perfect to my Wi-Fi router and work 100%.
Maybe I have a setting or something off on my router.

Just that time zone wheel keeps on spinning,

I heard that this tends to happen to people who live in rural areas.

Didn't you say you lived in Hooterville?

My iPad 2 was fine on iOS 5.01 but when updated to 6.1 I get this dame thing. Any fixes?

just got my ipad mini, unboxed it, set it up, and I am having the same problem. Just keeps spining and wont set up the time zone. It defaults to Cupertino.
