iPad Mini gen1 price after iPad mini 2 lands?

Just broke my current Gen 1 iPad mini. What would the expected price be for the Gen 1 new & refurb be once this years iPad mini 2 is released. Pretty much just want to know if I should spend the 250-270 for a refurb now or should I wait until the new one is released and see how much the prices drop.
