How do mini users feel about downloading HD media? Is there a clear difference in perceivable image quality between HD/SD on the mini? This is in regards to shows and movies (mostly downloaded from iTunes). Thanks!

I always download HD because my mini isn't the only screen I watch those shows/movies on.

Despite that, I love my mini and think the screen is great. Looking forward to the retina display a some more power though of course!

SD video is either 640x480 or 720x480, typically. HD video starts at 1280x720. The iPad mini's screen is 1024x768. So there is an improvement to be had by downloading HD over SD.
