I'll sell my Black iPad 2 32gb 3G for a Black Mini 32gb LTE.
I handled one at Best Buy earlier and it'll suffice for everything I cutrently use my iPad 2 for.
I suspect Apple will sell a boatload of these but I predict the majority of buyers will be upgrading from an iPad.
In other words, I believe sales of the Mini will be primarily driven by an "upgrade cycle" from existing users. Over time I think the Mini will outsell the iPad though.
