iPad mini, iOS 7, laggy and delayed

I have iOS 7 on my iPad mini, all of a sudden last week, the wifi is only connecting from much shorter distances and everything is laggy and delayed. I could type a sentence and none of the keys make a noise or Tap for 5 seconds, then all of a sudden. Poof, my sentence is there. Kinda the same with opening and closing apps. Could it be because I had started using a stylus?

My recommendation is to put iOS6 back on your iPad and wait until iOS7 is released by Apple.
