iPad Mini & iTunes Store - Question

I am a volunteer at my local hospice and am working on a project that may involve the iPad Mini. Question: In the iTunes Store app does the Mini show the frequency of selection (or ranking) when viewing the songs in an album? My iPad Air does, my iPhone does not. Any help would be appreciated!

Are you referring to the popularity meter? If so, I am able to see this on all my devices (iPhone, iPad Air, iPad Mini).
