ipad mini jumps from one screen to the next.

I have an ipad mini, and when I select something it starts jumping to different screens or apps. Can you please tell me how I can fix this problem?

I have an ipad mini, and when I select something it starts jumping to different screens or apps. Can you please tell me how I can fix this problem?

I have that same problem. It will even jump into my settings and flip thru different screens there. I have went in and reset my iPad mini several times. Shut down my iPad after I am done with it, but still get the problem. Some people told me to try a different browser other than Safari. I have not done that yet. Dont know what to do.
