Played with a black wifi iPad mini for a couple of weeks. Loved it, but decided to return it and wait for the LTE version. Meanwhile, I went back to my iPad 2, and now I couldn't stand the screen resolution. They are supposed to have the same number of pixels, and the density is much lower on the iPad 2. By the way, my iPad 2 also weights a ton now.

I sold my IPad 2 picked up a black mini last night wi-fi 64gb all I could find but anyway my wife still has her Ipad2 and compared them side by side and its actually easier to read the mini. I think so far its a keeper and love the weight and size on it. It's certainly a couch potato's device much easier to deal with. Lol

When fonts are small I just zoom in a little. One other thing I found brightness around 75 percent seems easier to read than any brighter above it. Play around with brightness to get a good level for you're eyes.
