Yes they do, i know now, but i thought IPS meant wide viewing angle, like the iPhone 5 has.. Do you know if iPad mini has a wide viewing angle? The iPad 2 does not for example...

My Mini has a viewing angle that's every bit as good as a sheet of paper. I've only spent 5 minutes with an iPad 2, but the iPad 4 and Mini both have excellent viewing angles.
