Hi, my mum accidentally updated her iPad Mini to iOS 9 and now it keeps restarting with the loading bar like when your doing an update. How would you resolve this? Plug into a computer and restore via iTunes?

Got the iPad into DFU mode after a few attempts and iTunes recognised it and is now restoring. Biggest issue I've ever had to deal with on an Apple product.
