iPad mini iPad mini retina crashing on settings screen?

I got the iPad mini retina today from best buy. It does this weird thing where it'll crash if I press the "wallpaper" section in settings. Not sure if it's the iPad itself or just a software bug? Anyone have advice on what I can do? Thanks!
 
Software bug. You can make ANY ipad running ios 7 crash by opening settings and pressing wallpaper twice.
