iPad Mini Retina (Ipad Mini 2) Cellular version

Hi guys

Just a quick question.

I purchased an ipad mini 2 128GB on amazon UK today and the seller told me he couldn't guarantee if it has been imported or not, but it has a full apple 1 year warranty.

My question is, will it work in the UK on Celluar networks, and are ipad mini 2 devices unlocked to work anywhere in the world?

iPads are not locked like iPhones are. You can use them with any carrier.
