iPad mini iPad Mini screen flicker

I just got a new iPad Mini and I've noticed that the screen will flicker when scrolling in the App Store. Should I take it back to Apple or is this a software issue?

I've had mine for 2 weeks. No flickering. Had several episodes of flickering in the App Store yesterday. Nothing today. Not worried.

Ive had flickering after switching apps every now and then, trying to reproduce on demand though before I go back to Apple.
