I ordered my ipad mini over a week ago and it shipped from Shang Hai on 12/12. There has been no updated on UPS since the departure scan from Shang Hai on the 12th. Is this normal? I remember when I got my first gen ipad that there was movement almost every day. Just figured I'd ask.
