Is there a way to set up the iPad on my shared unlimited plan or am I stuck with only 2gbs? There has to be a way because its added on my plan but not unlimited.

Nope. Sprint does not offer unlimited for tablets or mobile broadband cards. (Just like every other carrier)

Actually as a business manager for Sprint, there are certain Corporate IDs that qualify for unlimited data. Typically the MRC is between $42.99-$49.99, mobile broadband only.
I dont really think that is relevant to the OP's situation though.
They could also get a job at sprint and have 1 unlimited EWD Tablet line at that point.
