iPad mini with old lightning Cinema Display

Hello,

I have an old apple 27” Cinema Display, currently hooked up to my laptop via a lightning to usbc adapter.

I tried hooking up the display to my iPad mini using the adapter but it didn’t seem to work at all.

Is there a way to use my old monitors with my iPad mini?
