My wife got it in her head that she has to have an Apple Watch and went as far as upgrading her Mini to the latest as she heard that was required for Watch compatibility.
Then on the order date she ordered one of the Black Stainless models. Frankly I tp think paying $1000 for a version 1.0 watch is insane, but it's her birthday soon so I won't fight her on it.
Question is, will it work with an LTE iPad? I can't seem to find an answer to this simple question anywhere. Maybe the answer will become apparent tomorrow.
