iPad - MyUs Personal Shopper

I finally decided to buy an iPad, but I read that Apple prohibits selling iPads to forwarding companies (like myus) and even with Personal Shopper it isn't possible to order one. All warnings of such sort were dated April-May 2010.

So the question is: Is it possible to order an iPad with myus personal shopper in July or will it be possible in August or September?
Any information is appreciated.
