iPad needs updating?

my ipad keeps giving me the connect to itunes screen, when I do it tells me the os has expired (i downloaded a beta of 4.3)

but no matter what it wont update to the latest 4.3.

could someone point me to where i can download the final release of 4.3 for the ipad please

From the developer center where you downloaded the beta from. That is where you got it, right?
