iPad Pro iPad no longer charging from M1 Mac Mini

My 2018 iPad 11 Pro no longer charges from my M1 Mac Mini.
Using the same cable I can charge from my 2015 MBP without any problem.

I've recently updated the iPad to the latest iPadOS15 version.
Mac mini has been restarted.
Using USB-A to USB-C cable, directly plugged to the back of the Mini.

Any clue as to how I can diagnose the problem?
