It seems I am in a bit of a pickle.
I've just recently cleaned my hard drive and reinstalled everything. Therefore, after this happened I've had to revoke my distribution certificate and Ad-Hoc provisioning profiles.

Now for the fun part - I can't download my Ad-Hoc profiles onto my iPad! I sent them to myself, tapped on them on my iPad to download them, which took me to Settings, and then nothing happened. No dialog boxes or other error messages, just a plain screen that says "No profiles are currently installed." Now, up to now I've:
1) checked the UDIDs
2) revoked & regenerated the distribution certificate and provisioning profile
3) Re-tried downloading the profiles

iPad iOS 9.2.1. I've also filed a bug report with Apple, but if anyone has any further suggestions for me, please post them. Thanks!

Apple says iOS does not support downloading provisioning profiles except through Xcode or Mobile Device Management.
