iPad numbers and mac numbers app

ok, so i made a few spreadsheets on my iPad in the numbers app.

now how do i sync the documents to my mac? do i have to do it through iTunes? or can i wirelessly sync the documents to my mac? i have iCloud, but don't see a way with iCloud.

Apple has not enabled iCloud for the mac versions yet.
