Resolved iPad online purchase

I was looking to get a used iPad 2 to save money and I came across an ad online saying that this company was selling the iPad 64gb wifi model for 585$ CDN (rather then 719$) With the first few email exchanges I learn that the person I am communication with as several iPads for sale.

I then explained to him my concerns that this could be a scam. He replied saying

His closest local office is in Toronto I live 6hrs away. He replies

Great thanks I find it hard to believe that you can get a iPad 2 64gb wifi for 585$ when Apple and authorized Apple resellers sell them for 699$. How can you do that? Are you an authorized Apple reseller? Does your company have a website? I do not live in Toronto so I wouldn't be able to go to your Toronto Office.
