iPad- open pdf with annotation column app?

Okay, here’s what I’m trying to do:

Open a pdf in ios11 on an iPad Pro and have the app create an annotation column (similar to how Word resizes a document when you add notes or track changes).

I’m loving being able to draw directly on pdf’s in ios11 but finding if I’m really marking something up I need that column to write in.

Is there an app that resizes the pdf and adds a column automatically?
