iPad + OS5 + iPhone apps

What do the iPhone apps look like when used on a OS5 iPad?

Do you still displayed using the pixelated x2 zoom option, or have Apple learned from the JB community here as well and implement some proper native resolution solution?

That's a shame. I hoped they would have addressed this as it's possible as some apps don't look great at all when zoomed in. I wonder if it's a way for Apple to encourage developers to create iPad optimized apps.

It's a way for that,yes, but I would like more universal apps, sometimes I would like to play angry birds on my iPad but I'm not paying twice when I have the iPhone version.
