iPad OTHER-Help ANYBODY

I recently updated my Ipad 2 to the new iOS5

Since this I have 12.1GB of 'OTHER' which is more than the music and videos I have

I have tried to search the forum but cant find anything relation to this - have any body any ideas what the 'Other' is as its using up quite a bit of GB space
