ipad pdf viewer for Kiosks

Are there any ipad apps that will allow PDFs to display in a kiosk mode? (ie no ability for the user to bring up UI elements that will allow them to do anything other than flick through the pdf?)

All of the kiosk apps I can find seem only to cater for browsing websites..
