iPad photo app question?

I have the events on iPhoto in alphabetical order but on my iPad and iPhone when synced to the computer the events are not in alphabetical order.

They are synced just from the event section under iTunes and even in iTunes it shows them in alphabetical order.

Any ideas why?

I believe that the events show up in chronological order on the iDevices. I'm not sure since I only have one event on my iPod Touch, but that would probably explain why they come up in different orders. The dates they choose could either be the day they were imported into iPhoto, or the date attached to the first image file. Hope that helps
