All iPads iPad Photos and OSX Photos Beta

So i'm having a little problem with Photos on my iPad Air 2 64GB. The iPad shows that I have 17.2GB of space left, and that Photos takes up about 3.2GB total. However on iTunes back on my Mac, the storage bar on the iPad sync menu shows about 70% Photos and that the iPad is full.

Itunes is not correctly showing the size of the iPad Photos Storage.

Is anyone else having this problem?

I had this problem and had to schedule a Genius Appointment to sort it out. It was never really clear what it was that caused the issue, but I wound up having to reinstall the system software and restore from a backup before it went away.
