I'm wondering what is the average and max power consuption of iPad Pros (11).

In other words, what is the minimum charger, which will keep the tablet running on USB-C power alone and not depleting the battery. Is 20W enough or should be more?

20W should be plenty. Just checked my 13” M5 and 11” M4, and at full brightness the power draw was typically in the 3-5W range, with occasional spikes to 10-12W.

Great, that pretty much sums it up.

3-5W seems really, really low for such a device. Large, bright screen, fast silicon. It's crazy it runs on just meager 5W. That's a spinning hard drive while idling.
