All original, includes box, original power adapter, lightning cable, everything in mint except for small dent in upper right corner of iPad, not on the screen. What is an appropriate price for this? Posted on Swappa for 690 and getting no bites.

Can't really say... but with new iPad Pros likely coming out this fall, your $690 price does seem too high. Try going down around $50 to see if you get any hits. You may have to go even lower.

Probably a hard time to sell the old iPad given the new devices are set to come out soon. You might be better off waiting until they reveal the new ones.
