iPad Pro iPad Pro 11” 2021 not as bright as 2020

Just wondering if anyone has been able to compare the 11” 2021 to the 2020 or past models. I have an 11” 2020 from my work that I have been using and held off on buying my personal one until the updated 2021 version was released. I got my 11” 2021 yesterday and it has been working great. However comparing the two next to each other the 2020 one seems brighter. I checked all settings to make sure they are the same. Is that just due to the variation in panels etc. I wouldn’t call mine defective or bad but just not hitting the same level of brightness compared to the 2002 model. I would also say the 2021 is just a slight bit warmer too. Im sure there are variations between models and screens, just curious to know if anyone else thought their new 2021 was not as bright as their old one or if they noticed any other differences between screens since everything online says they should be identical.

The spec sheet suggests that they both have identical screen brightness.
