The keyboard folio keeps disconnecting from my iPad Pro 11”. If I have the iPad in the slot closest to the user and then using minimal force turn the iPad down towards the keyboard it will disconnect from the back. In a lot of of the YouTube reviews everyone said how strong the connection was, some even shook it from the keyboard part and it didn’t disconnect, I barely have to shake mine for it to disconnect.
I’m not sure if it’s the magnets in the keyboard, the magnets in the iPad Pro, or this is a result of the slightly bent iPad Pro (I’m not sure if mine is even bent I can barely notice, could just be my eyes playing tricks).
Anyone have any suggestions for how to troubleshoot this?
