iPad IPad Pro 11 with mini LED, when?

I can imagine that when the displays become available there will be an upgrade to mini-LEDs for the iPad PRO 11. Any thoughts on when this could happen? The 12.9 is just too large for me, and better screen and battery life on an 11” would make the wait - if it's not too long a wait - worthwhile to upgrade from my 10.5” PRO.
