It covers both sides so it probably is pretty bulky, if you mean the edges that would really be a bulky combo. Don’t know why anyone would put a case over a case. many of us just put skins on the bottom and front so the MKB is protected from any wear and if you’re carrying it out most will have it in a bag, briefcase or sleeve so it’s additionally protected.

I didn't mean case over a case. I meant case for iPad Pro that's compatible with MKB. So i can put the ipad (with the case) on to the MKB and then when i'm done using the mkb, (for watching netflix on bed etc.) i just remove it (WITH THE CASE) and i have the ipad still protected.
The Pitaka case for iPad Pro 2021 is on the way. Saw it from their website. But not sure if it will be compatible with MKB. I also heard that the iPad Pro 2021 12.9' doesn't fit completely with the MKB. So I guess that's a huge challenge for manufacturers to make cases that work with the MKB.

Yeah, unfortunately the Pitaka case has a large (imo) cutout on the back also in the new model to fit the MKB. ( I have asked Pitaka about this)
And that's a huge bummer :/ in my use (and luck) that part would get scratched.
And yes, the new model will also be compatible with MKB.
Most likely going to get Dbrand skin and call it a day.
