Hi guys,

my girlfriend has a iPad Pro 12.9inch (1st gen) and it started to act very strangly. About two weeks ago it suddenly started to switch between apps (like with the 4 finger side swipe). I thought it might be just some dirt on the screen, so I turned the iPad off and cleaned the screen (with Whoosh). Until yesterday the iPad was ok, but now it does this ghost touch thing at least three times an hour. It usually helps to sleep/wake the device, but it's quite annoying. The display itself is ok, the iPad has never been droped or something. Just a few microscratches on the glass.

I have tried hard reset, but it didn't help. The next step will be factory restoring the device.

Does anyone had a problem with ghost touch on those iPad Pros? From what I have learned it was mostly a problem on older iPads.

Thanks.
