iPad Pro 128gb storage issue

i just locked at my storage and it says I have 3 gbs left. The biggest amount of storage is 38 gbs of music. Everything else doesn't add up to the 109 gbs it says I'm using. What gives

I have exactly the same apps and music on my iPhone and it shows the correct amount being used 53.8 GB

No not yet. Down side to not having a laptop any longer... Restoring music not in the cloud. I'm wondering if there is a video cache somewhere. I have been streaming movies from iTunes storage. I just don't see that anywhere
