iPad Pro Ipad Pro 9.7 not connecting to smart keyboard

I have tried both the Apple Smart Keyboard and the Logitech Pro Keyboard and neither are working with my device, so I'm pretty sure it's the ipad itself. What can I do?

Where can you still buy an Apple Smart Keyboard for the original 9.7 iPad Pro? Can't find these anywhere even in Apple Stores...
