iPad Pro 9.7 Smart Cover/Silicone Case Combo

I want to purchase a Smart Cover and silicone case for my iPad Pro 9.7. What color or even combination of the front and back do you guys is best for black iPad?

It would be great to see any pictures you might have.

I bought a charcoal grey one earlier today and really like it. For me it was between that or the midnight blue but the grey just looked better. The other colors are nice looking but too light for me.

Yes, they are much lighter in person than as shown on the Apple Store website. Best to see them in person before making a decision.

Red, Midnight blue or Royal blue might work well if you go for a single colour tone on a black iPad. For contrasting colours, I would suggest going to an Apple Store to try them out as I find contrasting colours seem to work visually better on a white iPad.

That's not bad. I'm torn. I like the quality and fit of the Apple products but I really want a clear case to not cover up the rose gold. Currently nothing out there thin enough that works with the keyboard.

Thanks everyone for the responses and opinions. I ended up going with the charcoal Smart Cover and Silicon Case. I've seen many people discussing the weight, attached at pictures that should clear things up

I went with the Royal Blue combo on my silver iPP. I have the midnight blue combo on my Mini 4 and iPhone 6s Plus. Will prob get the Royal Blue case for my phone

The third party, cheap, thin silicone backs for the iPad Pro 9.7 will work with the keyboard with a little careful scissor work.
Not the tidiest job in the world but it works well.

I bought the ESR clear back shell with TPU edge and it's a nice case for peanuts. The only issue is that, as I was used to the silicone Apple cases, the TPU edge was just a little too soft and was easily pulled away from the iPad by your thumb when holding. Shame.

I have charcoal grey for mine since it matches the smart keyboard. I also used a Moko (with front cover) for awhile and pretty easily ripped the front cover off so that i could use the ASK instead.
