I've noticed my 11" iPad Pro doesn't automatically connect to my Wifi anymore. This happens when I get home and just now before posting, I restarted it to see if it would connect. I have to turn off cellular, it connects then I turn it back on. Any suggestions?

Have you tried forgetting the present connection and then reconnecting? Also cycle the router, turn it off and unplug 3 minuets then plug in and reconnect.

I have the same problem with my 9.7 pro. Every time it sleeps, it doesn’t reconnect to wifi. I have to turn wifi off and on again, each time. I have no problems on the same network with two iPhones and a base iPad. I am thinking the problem started with the latest update.

Although not directly related to the iPad Pro; this has been happening on both my last iPhone 12 Pro Max and current 13 Pro Max. However, both my iPad Pro 12.9” 3rd gen and iPad Mini 6 are not effected.
Annoying that it happened straight after upgrading the 12 to a 13.
Tried reconnecting.

That is solely to do with ‘Auto Rejoin’. My setting has always been selected to rejoin the network when within range.
The issue I have is not auto rejoining but maintaining the connection once you turn OFF the screen then turn back ON.

I had an iPad mini 3 that did this. Left it on all the time but apps never self-updated because it wouldn’t connect to wifi when it went to sleep. Had to nuke it and start from scratch (set up as new iPad) to get it working again, but that was several iOS versions ago.

My auto-join is turned on. I'll have to pay attention to see if this happens at other locations or just at my house. I'm going to guess this has been happening for at least a month.
