The title says it all. When I open a new app or switch there is a couple of seconds where my iPad freezes and I can't move forward. It's infuriating! Has anyone else run into this problem?

Tell us about your iPad. How much available memory does it have. If almost full it can make the iPad do all kind of crazy things.

Thanks for the input. I have used about 9.3 gigs and have about 18.3 gigs. I did a reset (not just network) and I think that may have helped....for now. I'll keep an eye on it though.

So you performed a "Reset All Settings" or did you perform an "Erase All Content and Settings" then performed an iCloud restore?

I performed a rest all settings but not an erase all contents. It seems to have helped somewhat, but you know how these things go: it will be fine for a while then start again.
