Hi,

I have had my iPad Pro for about a week.

Every time I turn it on, a popup that says to "confirm Apple ID" shows up.

If I look in settings / iCloud my face isn't showing up, though the email address is.

After I enter my password into the popup, it's fine, the iPad works as expected, and my info shows up in settings.

I saw a posting in Apple's support communities that recommended "signing out from your device and signing back in"

I did that as well. I signed back in.

The problem STILL happens.

Though it's not the end of the world, it's definitely annoying.

Several people were talking about it on the Apple support forums - wonder if many of MacRumor's readers are?

Have you solved it?

Thanks

David

Happens on my iPhone sometimes. If I hit cancel it seems to go away yet all iCloud & store functions continue to work.

op over the last month or two it's been happening to my 6 plus a bunch. Not sure if it's a bug or what but one time it really broke my continuity between my devices and Mac so yeah it is annoying.
