My Apple iPad Pro keyboard (ASK) has issues connecting. I have to wriggle it, try multiple times to connect, to make the iPad recognize it, it makes charging sounds when I move it around, and sometimes it says “this accessory is not compatible with this device” or something like this.
I had the keyboard replaced once for exactly this problem, when it was under warranty, but now it’s out of warranty. Isn’t there something about an extended warranty with the keyboards? Otherwise, do I have to buy a new keyboard?
