techinthebasket is the seller, go and ask them. also, Amazon are usually very good indeed at customer care if anything happens. but as for the usual Apple warranties/guarantees, i dont know what the seller's policies are. ask him.
 
Go to checkcoverage.apple.com, you can check the warranty on there. There's also an option to submit your receipt there is it somehow shows no warranty coverage.
 
Apple will accept your iPad at the genius bar. You may have difficulty getting Applecare+, but they will assess your iPad and fix.
