My guess, If there isn't an announcement by late next week, it's likely it won't be March.

Actually, I believe they're officially moving into the campus in April. It's set to be finalized in the end of March. MacRumors posted an article on this roughly a week and a half ago.

Just checked in the German Apple Store. In store pickup is possible on March 30 for the 12.9". Using that April date to infer the timing of the coming event is a little tenuous.
